What is the minimum wholesale order for cuttlefish?
The minimum order is 1,000 kg (one ton). For first-time buyers we also accept a half-ton trial order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export regularly to Russia, the UAE, Iraq and Kazakhstan. For other destinations we review shipping terms case by case — Bandar Abbas gives us the shortest route to Persian Gulf markets.
How do payment and delivery work?
Payment in USD or IRR: 30% advance, balance against shipping documents. Pickup at our Bandar Abbas cold store or delivery by refrigerated truck.
What certificates come with the product?
Health certificate, catch origin certificate, heavy-metal lab report and food labelling per destination regulations. For Russia, documents are also issued in Russian.
How can I verify freshness and quality?
From catch to cold store takes under 48 hours, and the −18°C cold chain is maintained end to end. At quote stage you can request an independent inspection report for your own consignment.
